  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on our Baby Clouds due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • However, if there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
  • If you are eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product at no additional cost.
  • Please note that our shipping labels have an expiry date. If you do not send the product back before the expiry date, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.
