When is your next restock date?

We're always excited to announce our restock dates as soon as they become available. Follow us on Instagram at @babycloudplay to stay up to date. As a small business, we currently aim to release four collections a year.

The product I want to order is sold out, will it come back?

We understand that it can be disappointing when a product you love is sold out. While we cannot guarantee that all products will be restocked, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Is this product suitable for newborns? 

Our Baby Clouds are suitable for newborns, but please remember to never leave your baby unsupervised. Made from gentle organic cotton, they provide a soft and safe surface for your little one.

Can I place a custom order?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders. Our website displays our current available products.

Where are the matching blankets?

Although we previously offered matching blankets, we have discontinued them due to low demand. However, we may bring them back in the future.

What happened to the Dream Nests?

Currently, we are only selling Baby Clouds and may reintroduce Dream Nests at a later time.

I want to cancel my order

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. We'll notify you when your refund has been processed.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 3-7 working days for delivery. We plan to offer express delivery in the future for even faster shipping.
